A FreePascal tool aimed at making comic book translations easier. The tool features a simple render engine capable of loading a group of graphic files and superimposing it with "speech bubbles." The bubbles are defined by separate text file in much the same way that *.ass files define movie subtitles. The goal of the project is to render each page of comic book on the client machine without the need for translator to re-encode them on their machine.
